Ordering is simple: pop the items you’d like into the basket, add your name and address, choose how you’d like to pay, and click “Place Order.” We’ll then check availability and send you a confirmation with the total price. Please wait for this before sending any payment.
If you’d like to pay by cheque, we’ll confirm the payee and address. For bank transfer (BACS), we’ll send our account details. To pay by credit or debit card, just ask us for a PayPal invoice — no PayPal account needed.

Good news — we can once again send orders to the EU, though there are a few caveats. Please get in touch before placing your order so we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
Unfortunately, due to some recent orange tape, we can’t send orders directly to the US right now. If you have a friend or relative in the UK, they may be able to order on your behalf and forward it to you as a gift. If not, the Facebook Model Tramways group is a great place to make new tramway friends who may be able to help.

We do reserve the right to decline orders from certain countries.
Transfers are usually produced and dispatched within two weeks, but please allow up to 28 days as very wet, hot, or cold weather (and the odd holiday) can delay production. 3D prints normally take around three weeks to reach quality checking, so should be dispatched within 28 days. Very occasionally a print fails and needs reprinting, which may add extra time. This is rare, but part of the joys of complex 3D printing — we’ll keep you updated if it happens.
